I doubt they would increase handling at all. If anything, the benenfit would be from stiffness, but the stock arms probably don't flex. I would say one benefit would be safety. I've seen a few stock arms crack in places where it would be impossible to crack a tubular arm. Yes, there is a hole in each arm to mount a sway bar end link. Stock spindles can be used and the holes are machined for stock bushings and stock ball joints. Tubular uppers, like Global West, will provide better handling, but you will need to use a B-Body spindle to get the correct geometry.
