Good morn,
take the door panel off,  roll down window, there should be 2 small threaded shafts coming from the base of the mirror  through the door, get a wrench and tighten the nuts, if you really want, take the nuts off and put some lock tight on the nuts and screw back on   hope this fixes the problem.
