Does anyone know the specific Laws in SOuth Carolina
on these underside neon kits? Any help would be
appreciated. By the way, thanks to all of those who
helped me with my unfortunate alternator DRAMA!!!! I

Depends on your area and the situation. I have them on both of my cars and I've never been hassled, but then again I don't have them on all the time and I have friends that have gotten numorous tickets. I only use them when appropiate, like cruising and shows and such.
