guys,
I am about to start tearing my recently aquired 69 apart. Stripping it down to
the bare body for dipping. While I am fairly mechanicaly inclined, have a
moderate amount of tools (who don't need more?), I am very inexperienced at
doing things like removing trim parts, and who knows what else I will run
into.
I am
looking for a good book that will help me out when I run into a jam and question
how to remove something. And maybe even need a bit of help putting it back
together :)
I know
there are several books out there, and even CD-ROMS that have multiple manuals
on them. The CD's are the way I am leaning right now as it seems that with
several books on them it's a better value, and I am a cheap
rascal.
Any
recommendations or warnings from experience for reference material on
tearing things apart? I can figure out how to tear things apart myself, but
usually the parts aren't usable afterwards. Might be cheaper to buy the books
;)
