make sure that you label and separate each part!!!!.  I am in the process of putting my 69 back together, well welding on the new sheetmetal amyways.  i made the mistake of just throwing everything form my 70 into a box and oops I couldn't remember where half of it went.  i did not make the same mistake with the 69, i labeled and boxed everything accordingly :).  As for things to look for taking it apart, if it had vinyl top trim, the piece under the 1/4 window is screwed onto the 1/4 panel itself.  nothing really else to worry about, pretty basic stuff.  hope this helps.
