it is 1-800-222-1020 for cars sold in United States. 1-888-467-6853 if you car was originally sold (could have been built in USA)  in Canada. a late Merry Christmas to you and Happy New Years! i hate two things in life. sitting in airports and snow! i have spent many hours waiting to connect a flight and i have also spent many hours stranded in the middle of no where because of snow.
