If you know the route (i.e. major cities) you'll be taking, you can try http://www.cnn.com/WEATHER then pick the states and cities for a five day forecast; or http://www.usatoday.com and click their Weather link. Do a search on http://www.google.com (a great search engine) for "weather" and pick one you like. Looks nasty though according to all of 'em.
