BINGO! There was also an oblong bag called "Expansion Plug Tool Set" which says on the tag: "Spring-loaded swivel head keeps drivers in desired position. Replaces freeze-out plugs securely in minutes." There are four 2-sided doohickeys with various diameters stamped into them from .25 to 2.25 inches that snap right onto the end of this sucker. I guess this thing fell out of that bag. I think this one's a keeper.
