the picture looks like it was taken at the fair grounds in graham, Washington. i may be able to forward your email to a Washington club member. my club has some members who also belong to some of the northern Washington clubs. it may take a few days. i will be seeing club members Saturday as we have a tech day. also I'm not sure but Bremerton may be close enough for one of the Vancouver (BC) guys to look at it.
