Hello everybody, The good news ?? have an aluminum gearbox from GM with a 7 bolt cover on the drivers side #952648 On the passengers side it's is stamped: US patent 3088336 and #3925660 The tailhousing reads #3857584GM It has got 10 spines on the input shaft and uses a TH-350 yoke (27 splines ???) The bad news: 1.One burned die grinder :( 2. The two upper mounting ears on the transmission are broken, I have the pieces. Do some of you have any experience with welded mounting ears ? Is it doable ? will it hold or should I start looking for a new gearbox ? Thanks !
