Not really. A lot of times the type and quantity of replies is directly related to the type of question asked. I've been on this list (and others, for that matter) long enough to know that if a question can be answered it's 99.999% likely TO be answered, unless the person asking has managed to alienate most everybody else. ;^) The trick is to make yourself known. When you join a list make your first post an informative one: who you are, where you live, what you do, a little about your car...that sort of thing. You'll find that people are more likely to respond to you if they have a more 3- dimensional idea of who you are. It's very possible you posted something like this and I missed it, but I and perhaps others don't know your name, when you joined, or very much about you other than you're apparently in the body & paint business.
