Well, like I said, I did it in the backyard.  I had a very limited selection of tools :)  The only tool I had to buy though was a ball joint seperator (for the one that wasn't broken :) ) and I borrowed spring compressors from a friend.  It took me about 3 whole days including the time that the a-arms were at the Napa machine shop having the bushings pressed in.  This was my very first big project on any car ever, so it went pretty slow.  I finally called a friend over to help me get the front springs back in and raise the lower control arms.  Drove it over to the shop to get it aligned and it was done.  It definitely took a lot of muscle to get the spindles off.  I remember letting a few words fly that day. :)  It sure felt good though when I was done knowing I did it myself.      Then about a year later I decided to put the front discs on :)   That time I was at my friend's house and had access to air tools, a/c in the garage, any tool I could imagine, etc.  It went a lot faster that day :)     Rodney. 71 Chevelle Phoenix, AZ         hi.................did you rebuild the frontend yourself if so how long didit take howdifficult wasit .
