For the wheel hop a set of adjustable upper control arms would
do the trick. This is the link from an earlier message that was sent
out. It is worth checking out.

Someone at Chevelle Tech arranged for a group purchase for tubular A-Body rear control arms from BMR Fabrication. Sounds like a very good deal.
