Lojac,     Here is a list of how to tell the different bucket seats apart:   '66 - bucket seats have no release button (just lean them forward) - the back panel and lower panels are metal - headrests are optional (RARE !)   '67 - bucket seats have a release button on the side - the back panel and lower panels are metal - headrests are optional (RARE !)   '68 - bucket seats have a release button on the side - the back panel and lower panels are plastic - headrests are optional (RARE !)   '69 - '72 bucket seats have a release button in the middle of the back - the back panel and lower panels are plastic - headrests are standard.   Hope this helps, let us know which seats you have.   Kent '68 Malibu ZZ502/502 :)
