I used Moser eliminators.  I had to cut a small amount of the axle housing 
off(1/2 inch).  The eliminators can be pressed on or some use the heat method.
 Heat the eliminator ring with a torch drop it on the axleshaft and hope it 
goes to where you want it.  Once it stops it is going to stay.  I have used 
the heat method on stock axles successfully.  When I purchased my Moser axles 
I let them put them on before shipping.
