[Chevelle-List] Intake and Carb ?

I have a Edelbrock 7101 and a Holley carb, part number 0 3310- S. I guess this is a 750 CFM.  Can anyone tell me anything about the two. Are they decent or not.  They came with the old 454 engine.   Craig
