That's a big question...
If I were you I'd start by making a check list of what needs to be done, how much you think it will cost and what order your going to do them in.
Start with a few small projects before you dive right into a frame off restoration. You'll just get frustrated and quit if you bite off more then you can chew. To quote the movie, -What about Bob- "take baby steps."
This list is a good start.
Get some pictures for the group, so we can see what your dealing with.
