Everyone has  a drill.  I drilled numerous holes thru the rubber.  When it was loose 
enuff,  I pushed the center out.  Then collapsed the outer shell with a sledgehammer 
and chisel.  Nothing exotic.  If you have a propane torch or welder, you can burn them 
out too.

I m replacing my old bushingswith some polyurethane ones.Whats is the best 
way to get the old ones out? Do I need to take them somewhere to have the new 
ones pressed in?  Any advice is greatly appreciated.
