    The nut is loosened first, then the inner screw.   Early boxes have a
screwdriver slot, it was later when they went to an allen socket.  Does
not indicate a quick ratio.    Check the Steering Gear Adjustment link

DO NOT over tighten it. Its easy to adjust, and just as easy to
overtighten.
