You cannot buy that piece, you have to cut one from a donor car. My other 70 (yep i have 2 of them) has the same problem due to it sitting in a farm field for 19 years. I had a 71 4 door parts car that I cut that piece out of but have yet to weld it on my other 70. This is the best option I can come up with. Good luck
