Bob,

I had this same question a while back and this wonderful list helped
point me in the right direction.  I'm not sure if 66 and 67 are the same,
but I'm thinking they are...

On my 66, the horns mount on the driver side right behind the headlight
and below the horn relay.  One of the horns (the one with the threaded
hole on the L bracket) goes on the front side of the core support and the
other goes on the engine side of the core support.  This way the bolt
will go through the first bracket, then the core support, and then thread
into the other horn's L bracket.
