Try Gary's Steering Wheel Restoration (http://www.dealsonwheels.com/parts/garys/). It is not cheap, but he is said to be one of the best. The main thing about Gary is that he uses a plastic filler instead of epoxy, so it expands & contracts at a similar rate to the original plastic and is therefore less likely to crack.
