Yeah they did. It's sad they keep trying to reinvent the nameplates. In all fairness, our generation of cars did it too, but they were a lot closer to the older ones than the newer cars are. Personally, I'd rather have the older classic that I can work on in the driveway and be free of payments and insurance (that are more than my house payments)!
