64 and 65 are the same but if they don't have a 64, stands to reason they wouldn't have the 65 either. Best bet, if NOBODY has a molded hose for a 64/65, is to find a friendly shop and see if they'll let you browse through the selection and find one - even if it has to be cut to fit.
I have an old OPG catalog (2000) and they show the upper hose for $14.95 and lower for $16.95. I'm sure other repo houses have them as well. BTW, where is "around here?"
