i goofed on the last reply

the black gear is the one with the most teeth, 41 i believe, after that, you have to change the tailshaft gear.  I have the black gear in my TH400 and the speedo still reads fast.  I am gonna drop down the rear end gears from the 4.10's to 3.73's i figured out that should put it dead on accurate
