Hey Josh,

I don't think I can help you.  When I installed my Super Comps, the body was
at the body shop and I had a bare chassis.  I know this won't help you, but
I basically used one hand to hold the header to the head while I used the
other hand to screw in the bolts.

I never really thought about it until now, but I guess some things are much
easier when the body isn't in the way.
