GM Parts book shows the same part number for 64/65 Chevelle wheels in black color. Same for the horn ring. Caps may be different between SS and non SS, but individually those may be the same for the two years.
You might email Rich Cummings (RPO-L79 on Team Chevelle at [EMAIL PROTECTED]) directly - he's super on 65 stuff and might know if there's a difference.
