122591 = plant sequence number beginning with 100001 (no significance)

FRA = Framingham
76996 = unit number (no significance)
 
FR 766 = Black imitation leather/bucket seats
E-E = Fathom Blue Metallic top-bottom

I finally went out & got all the info off of the cowl tag on my Malibu. Can anyone tell me what all of these numbers mean?
The vin is: 136378 G 122591
The cowl tag says:

FR     766-       E-E
