I always was under the impression that glass packs were just for noise. I would assume Flowmasters are better because they would last longer, sound smoother and give your car the benefits of better engineering technology, than the old glass pack. I think the Flowmaster would have the better and maybe the correct amount of back pressure (if there is such a thing). None of this I actually know for sure, but I would go Flowmasters.
