Sounds like someone you have sent e-mails to has contracted a virus. Some of
those suckers attach themselves to your e-mail program and send themselves
out to all on your list. The smart thing to do is to delete all e-mails that
look suspicious.

I simply delete them and I DON'T respond.  I found that's the easiest way to
get more as now they know they have a good email address.  My wife is even
starting to get them now.
