Michael,   I hope you have an older Caddy engine than Sarah lists below. The 1969 version of the 472 had 10.5:1 compression, 375 HP at 4400 RPM, 525 lb-ft torque at 3000 RPM. The 1970 version had 10:1 compression, same HP and torque rating (hmmm?).
