[Chevelle-List] Repair Problem

I bought my car in February of this year.  Being from the Northeast, where it stays cold , I never really had a chance to inspect the car the way I should until recently.        I recently put an e-mail out about gaining access above the gas tank so that I could coat the trunk floor with some POR 15, because there was some rusting in the floor area of the car.  Yesterday I started to inspect the damage further.  I found that the metal area under the Package Tray, where the speakers mounted had rusted out. Mainly at the corners below the rear window.  This is the same metal area that the trunk hinges mount to. This area was repaired to some degree but it still scares me. Looking at the car, on the outside, it looks good.  But it really bothers me knowing that this area was not repaired correctly.  I know that this was a common area because of the rear windows leaking. (Is there any articles on the repairing of this area)      Can someone tell me that the name of this metal piece is called and if it is available as a repo. If not a repo, if I could locate someone cutting up a 69 SS what area would I need to ask for.        Sorry for all the questions, but I'd really like to make the car look good, it's been something I've wanted for a long time.  I hope the list members, who provide a lot of answers to people like me, understand how valuable they are.  Thanks again guys (and girls)   Craig    69SS
