bolts ?
Thanks for the help guys . I remembered that one of the
members of the chevelle list (John Nasta) runs the
oldcarnetwork.com site I ordered the bumper bolt
kit from him friday and received it today Monday, the parts look great
. I had checked with all the big resto houses year one, the
paddock , OPG ausleys and a few others The big boys wanted from the
low of 8$ to the high of 12$ just for shipping and 5-7 working days to
receive the parts outrageous isn't it! 12 bucks for a set of 15 $ bumper
bolts Well Let me recommend you contact the
the old car network.com before you order any parts John was very helpful
taking the order and charged actual shipping which was less then half of
the low of 8 bucks the conglomerates want and i got the parts in 3 days
Johns oldcarnetwork.com is the kind of business i think we all want to
do business with , good quality parts competitively priced efficient and
easy to talk with and he doesn't rip you a new one on shipping and
handling ! Give him a try
THANKS JOHN ! Mach4 wrote:
Check your local Chev garage parts dept. I've gotten
them a couple of different times recently - very reasonable, in stock,
no shipping charges, look great, etc. Besides, these are good guys to
get to know, maybe one of them kinda likes the old cars. One of our guys
owns a very nice '67 Chevelle SS hardtop, and is putting together what
will be a fully optioned '67 SS convertible.
