I wish I had room for a fan clutch. Unfortunately on my 67 big block I have a long pump and there's only 2" between the hub and the radiator and that's about to be smaller due to a planned thicker radiator. Guess I've been lucky all these years. I've had a steel flex fan on the car for the past 14 years and haven't had a problem. May go with dual SPAL electric fans on the new setup though.
