In the 64 Malibu SS Conv. here, is a V8 engine with numbers V0318TYZ and
C7F424113 on the deck of the engine block. Can anyone tell me what this is?
Have been so far unsuccessful on reading the numbers off the rear of the
engine block. I'm told it is a 350.

If the engine came out of a 75-77 Truck as you say, then this engine has
been doing some car hoping over the year. The guy I bought the car off of
pulled the engine from a 74 Nova. So lets see, the engine started out in a
75-77 Truck, and sometime there after was placed into a 74 Nova...and now in
the 64 Malibu SS Conv. Well, it's consistent, it likes the "4's"...and looks
like it prefers the classic muscle cars.
