Bright Plating. Their number is 1-877-CHROMEIT. I don't know if it will help
but if you talk to the owner Vic Vanderstar mention that you know me (Larry
LaDuke) and maybe he will kick in a discount? they aren't directly in Portland
but about 20 miles south east of there.
