I did all the rings around the gauges and the lettering for "Wiper/Washer" and "Lighter" I used the Testors Paint Marker and you press the felt tip down to allow paint to flow down over and through the felt. I used a piece of card board as a blotter to control just how much paint I wanted on the tip and the paint flowed and covered excellent in one coat. For the lettering, I just slid the tip of the marker gently over the tops of the letters and it painted them without painting between the letters. I had rags and Q-tips ready for the anticipated screw-ups but didn't need them. Either I was very lucky or this was easy. :)
