Those are the Boone County Fairgrounds; the Winnebago grounds are in Pecatonica, west of Rockford. ;^) The show's at the BCF.
Unless the format's changed there's a swap meet both Saturday and Sunday and a show on Sunday. I haven't been to this one for a couple of years but at the time it was getting bigger and better every year.
