If it is not very heavy of an overspray, you might just use a good wax. If wax does not remove it, try some rubbing compound. I do not like rubbing compound myself. I would use some 3M Diamond Cutting Compound. I would wax the car first so you can remove the light stuff, then use the Diamond Cutting Compound.
