Bob, I may be able to find out for you.The 86 is Willow Run plant, the 23 is the 400 turbo. So all you really need to know is what the 313 application is. The 1st 4 numbers mean nothing to anyone other than the factory and assembly plant. I'll let you know. What is it you want to do? Are you trying to match a new 400 to your rear gear? Can you send me the serial # from the little plate on your trans?
