The standard 14 X 6 in. steel wheel, part number 3871919, code JK, was the
only available wheel in 66. With the standard dog-dish hubcaps the wheel
was painted the same color as the lower portion of the body. If the full
wheel cover was ordered, the wheel was painted gloss-black.
I pulled this info from the Chevelle Resto Guide by Paul A. Herd. You
can pick one up at your local Barnes & Noble or most of the larger book
stores.
