Dave,   Thanks for the response. What kind of tool did you use? Did you have Washers attached to the bottom to make is secure? Just trying to get a good idea of what I need to do. All,   I am looking to put some seatbelts in my 65 chevelle Malibu Wagon. The problem is that the previous owner put sound deadening material and carpet down without marking where the seat belts are supposed to go.
