Not specifically, but check under "Rental" in your local Yellow Pages. My experience with those rent-all places has been that they have just about anything.
Better yet, rent a forklift. My dad has one and it's the ultimate mobile engine hoist. ;^) And yes, "cherry picker" is a common nickname. Seems to be applied to almost any sort of hoist sometimes.
