I had a question from a member the other day that wants to replace a few parts on his Unrestored 70 SS. It's an unmolested, unrestored, matching #'s LS6 with around 70K miles. Original paint, interior, motor, etc.....
He would like to replace some of the worn parts... belts, hoses, etc.... at what point would you guys consider the replacement of parts to put him in a Original Restored Catagory??? I believe things like a motor change, paint job, interior replacements (such as carpet, headliner, etc...) would knock him out of the Unrestored Original class. Maintanence items, such as alternator, water pump, brakes, tires, etc.... I think would be OK... as long as they were OEM replacement parts. What are your opinions??????
