and Classic Cars
To me, It sounds so dumb to post to the chevelle
list on what I've learned. No one else does that, really! but If
you want, I can post on what I've learned throughout the week - to show you
that I am researching on the cars and engines. For instance, I recently
just found out on how the gears work and the ratios and how they work. I
found out that the gears need to be at an angle because they make such a loud
sound when they are straight edge. I found out about Spur, Helical,
Bevel, Worm, and Rack & Pinion Gears. That is what I've
learned Yesterday and Today.
Have
Fun,
Chad

Tom,
Very well stated.....I do not post to the list that
often, but i have for over a year now read it everyday.......The knowledge i
have gained from this list is incredible..... And i too am happy to
see Chad interested in Chevelles and Muscle cars in General, i just think he
needs to slow down and not try to learn everything in a weeks time....As it
has been stated by others...We all learn something new everyday and with
time and patience you gain more knowledge, so Chad after you have researched
a subject thoroughly and you are still somewhat dismayed at the results you
have found.....then you can ask the list a question and have the knowledge
to understand the answers you receive back........and thats my 2 wooden
nickels worth!
