IIRC the L88 engine is unique to the '67-69 Corvette but can't be 100% sure without references. It's a 427 (can't remember the carburetion) used for racing so the Corvettes are strippers w/o radio, heat, etc.
The L89 is an aluminum-headed L78 396/375 and is also from the late '60s. It's possible these RPOs were used for other engines as well but these are the 2 I'm aware of.
