I personally think it is a fake.  i was just looking at it.  how can a 1970 model year car be built in January 1969?  Also if you read the description, it says block has been decked which means the code and serial number are now gone or have been restamped and that to me says fake.  Build sheets can be reproduced, it's not really that hard. 

There is also another LS6 ragtop going for $50k, I think that is a fake too.  That will make about 15 of the Legendary LS6 ragtops I have seen either A) in person or B) for sale somewhere in the last year.
