Donnie, Tr is short for trim code/interior code. There should be a 3 digit number here 787 is red bench seats. 788 is red buckets. The BL103724 is Chevy's own code and for the 69's has never been deciphered. Some of the diehard 64,65,66 guys have managed to figure parts out by comparing each others numbers, but I don't think anyone knows for sure.
