A friend of mine has a 70 El camino that I am
trying to de code the number plate on . To the left of the build date and below
the paint code are the numbers 342112 150718. My book only says that
occasionally a code will appear below the paint code. It is a notation to
assembly line workers that this vehicle is not a standard issue item. An example
would be a light-weight bodied car with radio delete, heater delete,etc. It says
we do not have a breakdown fo those codes. Anyone know what it might mean?
