Since I've been having problems with starting my 69 SS, I've decided to replace the starter.  I've been told to go with an Ac Delco brand.  My 69SS is a 396 but the guy who rebuilt my engine, told me to get a starter for a 70SS 454 because some part is metal instead of aluminum.  My problem is no one in my area has this starter.  Advance Auto Parts shows a listing but that it is not available.     Is there any other bands that are just as good or does anyone have any suggestions on where to buy this starter.  Thanks.   Craig
